Beautiful brickwork

For one of their latest projects, STC has been converting and restoring a beautiful 1930’s building that was previously a school for a well-known customer.

To maintain the property’s historic features they carefully restored the beautiful brickwork and ensured it didn’t lose any of it’s characteristics.

The project included a substantial ground works package to allow for the conversion of the building into several unique flats.

It was a challenging task and required the completion of numerous structural modifications to get the job done.
